Back on the market. No fault of the home. Pets allowed (with park approval)! This beautifully renovated 3 Bed 1 Bath is located in a cooperative park, where the residents own and manage the park. It is in a quiet, country setting, yet it is just minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort, Weirs Beach, the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, local shops and farms, restaurants, and pickle ball courts. The kitchen is completely new, and features a gorgeous butcher block counter and striking hardwood cabinets and cupboards, as well as new or like new appliances. Seller has offered to install a dishwasher upon request, upon park approval. You can sit in the kitchen and watch the birds from the large windows. Other updates include all new windows, which allow ample natural lighting. The interior of the home looks like new with new walls and flooring. Structural highlights include the metal roof and newer hot water heater. The home has an open concept, and a washer and dryer tucked away in the hallway. The back side of the home leads to a large shed and a quiet, wooded area. Low monthly park fees. As a Gilford resident, you'll have access to the town's beautiful 1,700' sandy beach on Lake Winnipesaukee and the Glendale town docks. Agent has personal interest. Park approval is required. The $500 park membership fee is refunded upon selling the home.
